Sincotex 

While General sources product all over the world, the majority of our production is made in our two company owned and operated offshore facilities in Central America. Sincotex, a 110,000 square foot cut and sew facility, is located in Tipitapa, Nicaragua. Sincotex employs over 1,100 people and is WRAP certified.





Cutting Capacity
Sincotex has six 90' long cutting tables totaling 540 Ft. Cutting capacity is 144,000 units per week. Sincotex’s fabric warehouses can store up 1,700,000 yards of fabric.




 
 




Sewing Capacity
Sincotex has over 800 sewing machines and a capacity to sew 144,000 units per week.


     
     


 
Automatic Equipment
Automatic equipment include back pocket hemmers, back pocket setters, welt pocket setters, belt loop setters, programmable label setters, button setters with robotic feeders, and top stitch hip seam machines.
